Do you accept credit cards?

We accept most credit/debit cards, however there will be a charge. Please see the Tariff page.

Are you near Blairgowrie Town Centre?

We are a 10 -15 minute walk right into the Wellmeadow at the centre. There are plenty of places to get something to eat, hotels, restaurants, cafes and takeaways.  Many of the hotels have last orders at 8.30pm, so watch your time.

Do you have parking?

We have private parking for 3 cars or there is ample free parking in the lane beside the house.  Bikes can be put in our garage.

We want to arrive early?

It is usually not a problem, but please remember I do need to go out at times during the day. I run the bed and breakfast myself and do not have the luxury of staff!!

We are going to be out late?

You will be given a key for the front door regardless of whether you will be out late.

Can I smoke in your house?

Simple answer, No, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Access Statement for Gilmore House

Due to the layout of our home, we are unable to offer facilities for guests with severe mobility limitations.
There is parking right beside the house with a gravel path to the front door which has two low steps.
All bedrooms are on first floor level, via an easy staircase.
Assistance with luggage is offered.
All flooring is carpeted apart from the bathrooms which have non-slip flooring.
All rooms have remote control TV with Teletext/Ceefax.
Assistance dogs welcome.
With advance notice special dietary requirements can be provided.
Allergies, we have a dog but he does not have access to guest accommodation.
Alarms are audible only.
In case of emergencies there is someone on the premises most of the time, and always at night, or there are provisions to contact me should I be out.
