2010 Tariff

The cost for Bed and Breakfast per night, based on two people in a bedroom is from:

£30.00 - £35.00 Per Person

February-8th March Special offer, all rooms £28.50 per person B&B (based on 2 people, no long stay discounts on this offer) some weekends may be a 2 night minimum booking.

 A 10% discount is offered on stays of three nights or more, if booked direct with us. Single occupancy rates apply and are dependant on availability and time of year.

Cash, cheque or travellers cheques are the preferred method of payment. If you wish to settle your bill by credit/debit card, please be aware that as our bank charges are high and so that there is no misunderstanding, we have to impose a £1 charge on debit cards and 3.75% on credit cards. The choice is yours.  We do not accept American Express/Diners.

All telephone bookings require a debit/credit card number to secure the booking, no money will be taken from your account. If you book by e-mail I will require a full address and landline telephone number and mobile number if available.

Terms & Conditions:

If you require to cancel your reservation, all we ask is the courtesy of a quick call or e-mail, please, even if it is last minute. In the event of a no show you will be charged the full amount due.

Arrival time is between 4.00pm - 7.00pm, if you wish to arrive earlier or later it is usually not a problem, but please let us know, so there is someone at home to welcome you.

Please advise if you are going to turn up much later or earlier than your anticipated arrival time.

To allow us to prepare for new guests we would appreciate rooms being vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
