The Great Scottish Breakfast

Enjoy a leisurely freshly prepared breakfast in our bright elegant dining-room, overlooking the front garden.

Breakfast is served from 8.30am until 9.15am (earlier if you require).

We have a substantial cold buffet table, where you can help yourself to a selection of items from:

A wide range of cereals
Fruit juices
Yoghurt
Fruit e.g. fresh fruit salad/poached apricots/grapefruit etc.
Blairgowrie being 'The Berry Capital of Scotland' raspberries and strawberries in season, naturally sourced locally
Variety of Cheeses
Cold meats as available
Bakery items which may include croissants, scones, banana oaty muffins etc.

Hot from the kitchen:

A bowl of porridge with perhaps sugar and cream and a nip of whisky.

Choose your own combination of:

Grilled Smoked Bacon
Pork Sausage
Tomato
Mushrooms
Fried Bread
Pan Fried Apple Slices
Tattie Scone
Black Pudding
Haggis Pudding
Eggs: Fried, Scrambled or Poached

The Classic:
1 or 2 warm rolls filled with bacon and topped with a fried egg if you require.

Stack of Scot's Pancakes with maple syrup.

All served with toast, oatcakes and of course Coffee, Tea, Fruit Infusions or Hot Chocolate.

Marmalade, Jam, Honey, Lemon Curd and sauces all available.
